Exercise your privacy rights

You may ask us to access, correct, delete, restrict, or provide a portable copy of personal information associated with your account. You may also object to certain processing, withdraw consent where processing relies on consent, or ask a question about international transfers.

Submit a request

Email support@steadywitness.com from the address associated with your account. Identify the type of request and the information or account involved. Do not send your password, payment-card number, or sensitive Church membership information.

What happens next

We will acknowledge the request, verify identity when necessary, and respond within the period required by applicable law. For GDPR and UK GDPR requests, this is ordinarily within one month, subject to lawful extensions for complex or numerous requests. We will explain any extension or lawful reason we cannot fulfill part of a request.

Please contact us first so we can try to resolve your concern. You may also lodge a complaint with the data-protection authority where you live, work, or believe an infringement occurred.
